We are committed to using only the finest seasonal produce prepared with a
simplicity that will delight even the most discerning of tastes. From Morrocan
spiced lamb to oak smoked salmon and a selection of vegetarian starters and
main courses we welcome you to one of the best English Restaurants in Hitchin
and the surrounding areas.
Doughtys Brasserie is ideal for the casual visitor, business lunches or evening functions and can cater for up to 60 guests in the upstairs restaurant with a menu and wine selection tailored totally to your personal requirements.
